Refund Policy

Return policy

You may return or exchange items within 14 calendar days of receipt. Ensure that the product is returned in its original condition and is not sent back with used shipping labels.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us via info@carpeice.com. Note: returns must be sent to the address that Carpe Ice specifies in the email!

If your return is accepted, you may create a return label yourself. You then send the package to the address we provide you by e-mail. Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We can then evaluate the issue and resolve it for you.


Exceptions/items that cannot be returned
Certain types of items may not be returned, such as earring items for hygiene reasons. Contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Sale items or gift cards unfortunately cannot be returned.


Statutory 14-day cooling-off period in the EU
Without prejudice to the foregoing, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without giving a reason. As above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
When we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and inform you whether the return has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded within ten business days via the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
