The king's link is one of the oldest link types still worn today. Links are woven into each other to form a dense pattern that looks square from every side. The Byzantine link is a separate weave with its own pattern: in this collection you will find both, the king's link from 2.5 to 5 mm and the Byzantine model in 6 mm.

Chains
From 2.5 mm for those who keep it subtle to 6 mm for a clear statement, in lengths from 50 to 75 cm. The 5 mm gold-tone king's chain has been our best-selling piece of jewelry over the past six months. All widths and lengths are under the king's chain.
Bracelets

Putting a set together
A set works when chain and bracelet have the same color and the bracelet is as wide as the chain or narrower. Three combinations that work: a 2.5 mm chain and bracelet in 925 silver or 18K gold plated, for those who keep it fine; a 5 mm chain and bracelet in stainless steel, the most worn width; or a 6 mm Byzantine chain with a 5 or 6 mm bracelet. If you wear a watch, put the bracelet on the other wrist. Chain and bracelet do not have to be bought together: the link stays the same, so a bracelet you add later matches as long as you keep the color and material the same.
Material
You can choose between stainless steel, solid 925 sterling silver and 18K gold plated on 925 silver. The silver-tone steel models are bare, polished steel: no layer to wear off, they do not discolor and no tarnish builds up, so you can keep them on in the shower. The gold-tone steel models have a five-layer PVD finish, harder than ordinary plating but still a layer: off before the shower and the gym. The same goes for the 18K gold plated models, with a 2.5 micron gold layer on a silver base. Solid silver can go in the shower and tarnishes slowly; a silver cloth polishes that away. Every model comes off before the pool, because chlorine is harsher than shower water.
