Stainless steel is the material for jewelry you wear every day and never have to think about. It does not rust, does not discolor, and is considerably harder than silver or gold.

Why stainless steel

Where silver tarnishes over time and a plated layer wears away, stainless steel stays as it is. No polishing cloth needed, no coating that can come off. Showering, sport, swimming: the material does not care — although soap and chlorine will of course leave a film, which wipes straight off.

What you give up

To be fair: stainless steel is not a precious metal. It weighs less than silver, the shine is cooler and flatter, and it has no resale value. If that is what you are after, have a look at 925 sterling silver.

In this collection

The complete range in stainless steel: necklaces, bracelets, rings, earrings and cross pendants, in silver and gold tones. For a ring, stainless steel is the most logical choice, because a ring takes the most knocks.
