Figaro Bracelet Silver Stainless Steel (3mm & 5mm) that moves and still stays put
The figaro pattern is one of the few link designs instantly recognisable on a wrist: three short links, then a longer one, over and over. Because that long link lies slightly flatter, the bracelet stays in place better than one with only equal round links. The base is stainless steel, polished to a silver tone: there is no layer on it, because the steel itself already has that colour.

Which Width and How Tight
The 3mm is refined and stays quiet even next to a watch. The 5mm has visibly heavier links and is best worn on the free wrist. Measure your wrist and add about 1.5 cm: that comes to 16 cm on a narrow wrist, 18 cm for most wearers and 20 cm if you want it looser. A figaro may sit slightly looser than a dense link, because the pattern only shows properly when it can move; too tight pulls the long links straight and the rhythm that gives the bracelet its character disappears.
Why Silver Is the Safest Choice on a Wrist
A wrist rubs along sleeves, table edges and a watch strap all day, and on a figaro the protruding long link takes most of that. On this version that makes no difference, because there is no layer over the steel that could wear through. The silver tone is the polished steel itself, so wear leaves no lighter patch. On a gold-tone figaro bracelet there is a gold layer over the same steel, and those exact links are where you would notice it first.
Care
You can keep it on for washing your hands, rain and the shower: there is no layer that could wear off. Do take it off before the pool, because chlorine is harsher than shower water. The gold-tone figaro bracelet also comes off before the shower and before sport, because that one does have a layer. Rinse it under the tap after seawater or chlorine. Soap residue collects mainly where the short links grip into the long one and dulls the shine there; lukewarm water, mild soap and a soft toothbrush will lift it out. Silver polish is unnecessary, because no tarnish forms.
Next to a Watch
Silver-tone steel matches the case and bracelet of almost any steel watch. Wear both on the same wrist, on the hand side, with a few centimetres between them so they do not tap against each other. If you want a set, the figaro chain is the logical addition; choose a different width there rather than the same one, so chain and bracelet complement each other instead of looking doubled up.
