A broad men's ring with a blocky box structure set all the way round with hand-set VVS CZ stones. Because the pattern runs across the whole band the ring sparkles from every angle, not only on top the way a single-stone ring does. The base is stainless steel, polished to a silver tone; there is no layer over it.

Why Silver Tone Gets the Most Out of the Stones
On an iced out piece the metal between the stones decides how full the whole thing looks. In gold tone you see a clear difference between the warm settings and the clear stones, so you keep noticing the setting work. In silver tone the polished steel runs seamlessly into the stones and the surface reads as one unbroken field of sparkle. That is why silver is often the stronger choice on fully set pieces than gold.
Why a Stainless Steel Base and Not a Copper Alloy
Our iced out chains and bracelets are built on a copper alloy, because copper can be worked more finely and the settings therefore close more tightly around each stone. On a ring the calculation is different. A ring gets knocked against everything, and steel is harder than copper, so the band does not deform and the settings around the stones stay in place. For a ring that sturdiness outweighs the last bit of refinement in the setting work.
Bare Steel, No Layer
The silver colour of this ring is not a finish but the steel itself, polished. So there is nothing over it that can wear through: where the ring wears, no other colour appears, and no tarnish forms the way it does on real silver, so you never need silver polish. You can keep it on for washing your hands and in the shower, because there is no layer that can come off. Do take it off for DIY, sport and before the pool: chlorine is more aggressive than shower water, and a hard knock is what can work the set stones loose.
Choosing Your Size
The ring comes in US sizes 7 to 11. On a broad, set ring you often sit a little larger than on a plain band, because the wide surface does not slide over your knuckle as easily. If you are unsure between two sizes, take the larger. Measure at the end of the day, because fingers are slightly thicker then than in the morning, and look your diameter up in the ring size chart.
Cleaning
Hand cream, soap and dust collect between the stones, and that is what dulls the sparkle first, not the stones themselves. A dry, soft toothbrush lifts it out. Do not use an ultrasonic bath or abrasives: those are meant for solid metal and attack both the steel and the setting work.
